Love Playshop: Buddha, Breathwork and Bowls. This is a poweful 5 limb practice that will focus on the Heart of Compassion. All chakras and all meridians will be cleansed and reset. Dharma talk on love, forgiveness and compassion will be woven into the practice. Practices include essential oils and group work around an orgonite crystal healing grid with light discs.
